Just right in every way.

For 35 years I've been coming to KW, always for the January Literary Seminar, also for the swimming and snorkeling, fishing, dining, music, it's unique "always crazy summer" vibe. (Am from Bemidji, MN where it is often 80 degrees colder). We have been renting a house for the month of January for 8 years now and this one was perfect -centrally located (just blocks from our favorite hangouts) near mid-Duval, 3 bedrooms, a parking space, and a pool and backyard patio.
