Great Place in Colonial Beach!

The Property was very clean and spacious. The host did a great job of communicating and was accommodating! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Excellent Location

The property is situated in the quiet part of town,close to water and downtown. It accommodated every need our gathering needed and more. The owner is very nice. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

Spacious house short drive to public beach access

Spacious clean house for total of 7 guest! Property Manager quick to respond to messages and easy check in/check out process. Public beach access is few minutes drive versus a walk. Enjoyed are stay and would return to Colonial Beach.

Nice, quiet location

Very nice location. One thing that would make it even nicer would be if it had a back porch/deck where you could sit. There was nice outdoor furniture, but didn’t use it because it was a bit big to carry in and out of the garage. Instructions on how to operate the TVs in the bedrooms would have been helpful, as we couldn’t figure out how to get them working. Otherwise, nice place and location was convenient and quiet.

Quiet, Comfortable, Convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable home in Colonial Beach, VA. It was just as described in the listing and had great space for our family. We cuddled on the comfy couches, slept well in the bedrooms, and loved sitting on the front porch and watching the kids and dog play in the yard. The kids also really enjoyed eating breakfast and a few snacks on the TV trays in front the television. The home is located in a nice and quiet part of Colonial Beach and my family enjoyed our walks with the dog. My kids enjoyed looking out for wildlife and looking out to the river during those walks. With so little traffic on the street, the walks were relaxing and fun. Despite the quiet neighborhood, it is still conveniently close to all that Colonial Beach has to offer. We'd definitely stay here again!

The property was nice and the location was beautiful

The only down fall we had was the beds were not comfortable at all and the upstairs bedroom with no TV in it had ants but I will say the rest of the stay was nice and beautiful.
