Beautiful location

The Welk is located 30 minutes from the beach and in the midst of the mountains. It is lovely. The actual condo is a good size for two families. Furniture and appliances are showing their age, though. Pools are nice, but can get very crowded. Loved the farmer's market! Will definitely consider staying there again.
