This one-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet waterfront residence and features a furnished balcony with a beautiful ocean view.

This apartment is located on the seawall, right next to the beaches and about a 10-minute walk from city centre!

This property is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service dedicated to meeting guests’ needs.

You’ll enter the apartment through a small hallway with a storage closet. As soon as you walk in, your eyes will be drawn to the view of the beach.

Then you’ll enter the living area with an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen:

- Dishes

The living area features a large picture window opening onto the furnished balcony that runs the length of the apartment, offering a view of the sea.

Bedroom with a double bed and storage. It offers a view of the beach.

Included: Wi-Fi, linens (towels, sheets for the double bed, tea towels, bath mats), welcome kit including: a roll of toilet paper, sponges, dish soap, and a trash bag.
For the rest of your stay, we’ll leave it to you to purchase what you need.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor and is accessible by lift.
You will receive a set of keys.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.
