Waterfront gîte in a natural area at Lilia Plouguerneau. Sea view!

In Finistère, in the Pays des Abers, come and discover our cottage located in a beautiful and quiet setting, with your feet in the water.

At the Holothuria, you will have direct access to the foreshore to go for a walk from breakfast!

In addition, the house is a stone's throw from the beaches and restaurants - a corner of paradise to spend a dream holiday!

On the ground floor, you have access to a living/dining room in a warm and authentic atmosphere. The exposed beams and stones will seduce you!
You will find a functional and well-equipped separate kitchen with a sea view!

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms:
- One with a double bed and a child's bed and stunning sea views.
- A second with a double bed with also a beautiful sea view.
-A children's bedroom with 2 single beds.

The ground floor also leads to a bathroom equipped with a toilet.

50m² relaxation area: you can admire the sea and enjoy the coming and going of the tide. You can create beautiful holiday memories around a plancha facing the sea. A SPA allows you to relax!

You can enjoy a garden open to the sea with its relaxation area.

A large parking space will allow you to easily park your vehicle.

The surroundings: the house is located a 25-minute walk from the restaurants. Which one will you fall for first? The creperie, the oyster bar or a refined cuisine with local products! If you want to taste seafood, a fishmonger is a 15-minute walk from the house. On the other side of the cove, taking the GR34, a pub by the water will welcome you to enjoy your favourite drink with a breathtaking view of the virgin island.
The village of Lilia and its shops are a 20-minute walk away.

Whether on land, on the sea or under the sea, the Pays des Abers is ideal for walks. The magnificent GR34 passes along the garden. A body of water at high tide is available to you at the exit of the garden. A small slipway allows you to easily lower kayaks. Snorkelling will allow you to admire the beauty of the seabed, the fauna and flora.

Pied à terre parfait pour découvrir le pays des abers et la côte des Légendes.À 2 pas du GR34. Au calme.La météo n’était pas de la fête, nous n’avons donc pas profité du jardin et du salon d’été. Dommage.Bien équipé avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour.

Gîte dans emplacement idéal

Gîte remarquablement bien placé, au calme, et accès immédiat au GR34. Quelques points d'amélioration : manque fer à repasser, un porte manteau dans l'entrée serait pratique. Petit bémol, il faudrait préciser dans l'annonce que la maison est partagée avec un studio et qu'une servitude existe avec les autres locataires.

Bonjour, Merci pour vos points d'améliorations proposés. Nous allons remettre un fer à repasser (Comme il était quasiment jamais utilisé nous l'avions retiré. Mais vous avez raison, ça peut servir) et nous allons installer un porte manteaux à l'entrée. Pour ce qui est de la servitude de passage du studio, elle est sur le point d'être supprimée afin que chacun ait une complète intimité. Encore merci vos retours. Matthieu

Das kleine Haus ist wunderbar an einer kleinen Bucht gelegen, von hier aus kann man ausgedehnte Spaziergänge machen. Tags ist der Blick traumhaft schön und nachts leuchten die Sterne und der Leuchtturm in die Schlafzimmer.
