The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside:
- A 50 m² enclosed shared garden where you can store bicycles. You will also have garden tables and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Le Coteau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
