At Le Couchant, studio cabin of 20 m2 on the ground floor in a residence with swimming pool: Port Jonathan II - 150 m from the beach by pedestrian path and 50 m from a small shopping centre (bar, tobacconist, newspapers, mini-market, bakery, restaurants...)
Secure residence with swimming pool open in June until mid-September from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and access to which is subject to the wearing of wristbands (provided)
Secure collective parking in the residence with remote control access (no numbered space) exclusively reserved for residents
At the entrance, the cabin with bunk beds, separated from the living room by a door
Bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine - Separate toilet
Living room with dining table and chairs, sofa bed, 80 cm wall-mounted TV, large pull-out cupboard, kitchen area
Full equipment: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 2 induction hobs, microwave, traditional coffee maker, Krups pod coffee maker (Nescafé Dolce Gusto pods), toaster, kettle, iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and all the necessary meals for 4 people + electric plancha

Linen is not provided (except duvets and pillows) but for hygiene reasons the bed pads and pillows are changed for each tenant.
