Our Time In Idaho Falls

Check in process was easy, the property was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Idaho Falls.

I feel the outdoor/indoor property could use a good cleaning. The interior could use some paint. This is our favorite VRBO. It just needs a little sprucing up. Trent is always great about responding.

Very homey and great location!

Very cute and comfortable home! It was in a great location for our many adventures while visiting the area! The binder with tips on places to go was very helpful! The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. I hope to stay here again whenever we come back to Idaho Falls!

Nice location

We did not have off street parking. There was a large van up on blocks where we were supposed to park. The upstairs neighbors are very loud. It sounded like they were dragging chairs across the kitchen at 5 in the morning.

This property is listed as a home, instead, it's a basement apartment. 3 good things: a/c works great, the raspberries were delicious, fast internet. With that being said, there's a huge bug problem. They were in our bed, we had to wash them down the tub everyday, they crawled up my leg while sitting on the couch; the upstairs neighbors fried food several days and stunk up our place. They stomp late in the night (between 11pm and 2am) and start again by 5am. There's a hook and loop that does hook to stop the upstairs people from coming in. No place in the bathroom for a hair dryer, flat iron, or to put on your makeup. The only other mirror is in the hallway outside the kitchen. All the towels were put away wet even though there's a dryer in the kitchen. There's no dishwasher, furthermore every glass, plate, & silverware had food on it. So disgusting! The small water pitcher in the fridge has black mold growing on it. The place needs a good cleaning from grout to windows (which were open when we got there). The gate open and closes with a rebar rod that gets black all over your hands. The baseboards need paint. Closet doors are barely hanging on. There's no 3 prong electricity in the master so I couldn't plug in my phone and no alarm clock in the room. I had to set it in the living room and get up and go down the hall to turn it off. The crabapple tree has rotting fruit starting to stink. I was very disappointed in this listing.

Great, cozy, roomy 2 bedroom apartment. Well furnished. Nice and cool in the heat of summer. A/c worked great. Owner responded promptly when needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We arrived in the evening so it was dark. The entrance had no illumination. Luckily, we had our phones. The entrance should be cleaned up and more welcoming. There was a 1/4 of a toilet paper roll and no extra. There were dead flying ants in the bath tub. Moldy rolls in the cupboard. Earwigs came out at night. Not adequate bedding for 7. This place was very spacious. A great location.

Pretty good

The house is very clean. The inside of the kitchen cupboards and the fridge could use a wipe down. People who bring fur friends should clean up their poo. We love this rental. We feel safe and comfortable there.

Comfortable, well furnished, kitchen had everything we needed

The property had everything I expected and everything we needed. The beds were quite comfortable, with both thin, soft pillows and firm, thick pillows available. The kitchen had everything we needed to do some easy cooking, and overall our stay was very comfortable. My wife has mild allergy to cats and dogs, and the owner took some extra cleaning steps for us to make sure no pet hair was lying around before we arrived. We didn't see any pet hair, and my wife didn't have any allergies during our stay.

Snacks were great along with being close to places we needed to go to while we were there. We could hear the people upstairs everywhere they walked and they were up way past 2 am. Just when we were trying to sleep we were awoken to walking around and noises from upstairs.

Central Location, close to the Falls

Loved our stay here. We found the location easily, easy to get to, very comfortable. I loved having a living room and kitchen. Beats a hotel stay any day. The beds were comfortable. We made a couple of meals. The TV was great and we were able to watch the Olympics. We were able to bring our dog along. It was nice to have yard access for him. While a basement unit we rarely heard the folks above. We went to bed pretty early and there was no noise. We were only 20 minutes from Bear World (so much fun), we walked to the falls and had dinner on the way, enjoyed the local zoo and aquarium. Only a 2 hour drive to the Grant Tetons which was awesome. Would definitely stay here again if we visit the area again. Great communication and easy access into the house.

It took 30 minutes to get into the property but after we got in, everything was good. There was a nice back yard which was awesome for traveling with two large dogs. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need.
