Welcome to the historic, yet cozy Woodside Guest House II managed by Military First BnB Solutions. Simple, yet beautifully decorated, two bedroom-two and a half bath home away from home all to yourself in a quiet and walk-able residential neighborhood. Minutes from shopping, dinning, and a skate park!
The Space:
The Woodside Guest House II is a beautiful two story townhome that features two bedrooms and one and a half baths. Enter the home via the peach front door into the first floor and find a comfortable living room complete with smart TV for your streaming pleasure. Cable is not provided, but WiFi is included and reaches all areas of the home. A separate dining room seats 4 and includes a desk for remote working! Our kitchen is stocked with all of your basic cooking needs. Our coffee station includes K-cups, sweeteners and creamer and breakfast bars. Our bathrooms include toilet paper, make up remover wipes, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. After a nice shower curl up in one of our comfortable queen sized beds with fresh linens for a good night's sleep.
Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit ($15 processing fee). We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.
Guest Access:
Guests enjoy complete and exclusive access to our home except for one locked closet and the locked basement. Enter the home through the front door (peach) with your personalized lock code for our Yale smart lock. Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM. Access to either side includes a dedicated driveway and space for one vehicle on the street.

Woodside Guest House II is located in the Historic Haymount District, one of Fayetteville’s most charming and desirable neighborhoods. Known for its beautiful homes, walk-able streets, and vibrant local scene, Haymount offers a welcoming blend of history and modern amenities. Restaurants, bars, and coffee spots are just around the corner, and Historic Downtown Fayetteville is only a short drive away. Local favorites include LeClair’s General Store for coffee and gifts, Latitude 35 for pub-style dining, The Truck Stop for various food truck experiences, and cultural attractions like the 1897 Poe House and the Airborne & Special Operations Museum. Outdoor enthusiasts will also enjoy the nearby Rowan Park Skate Park, perfect for skating and relaxing outdoors. Haymount is a residential neighborhood where neighbors take pride in their community. To ensure a great experience for everyone, we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Getting Around:
While the neighborhood is walk-able, a car is strongly suggested although ride share programs such as Uber and Lyft are available too!

House Rules/ Expectations:
1. No smoking or illicit drugs of any kind within our near our home. Evidence of cigarette or illicit smoke odor will incur a $250 fee. This is posted within our home as well.
2. Respect quiet hours and neighbors at all times. Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM.
3. No unapproved overnight guests.
4. No parties, events, or large gatherings.
5. Clean up all pet waste prior to departure.
6. Do not rearrange our furniture.
Fees/Charges:
1. Smoking Fee incurs a $250 charge.
2. Lockout fee incurs a $25 charge
3. Additional cleaning fee can range from $120-$350
Checkout Instructions:
1. Hand wash dishes and lay to dry or load dishwasher and begin cycle.
2. Gather all towels in one bathroom or place inside the washing machine and begin load on hot water with provided detergent.
3. Gather all trash and place in appropriate receptacle. Note: recyclables are not to be bagged.
Other Things to Note:
1. Street parking is limited. Note: driveway is very steep.
2. Guests may hear occasional aircraft or other loud noise due to close proximity to local base.
3. Our home is not wheelchair accessible.
Supervision of pets and children at all times is recommended.
