Maravilla 2211, a completely remodeled 2nd floor unit in the most desirable Gulf-front building, overlooks the pool and has an unobstructed view of the gulf. This is what you came to the beach for!! With brand new furnishings, new kitchen and bathrooms, and new flooring - you won't believe this is a rental. Fun for the whole family, our unit is close to major shopping venues, restaurants, movie theaters, Destin Harbor and Big Kahuna Water Park.

All of our properties require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Spring Break, Summer through Fall and holidays, unless last minute.

A note about supplies:

Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

Maravilla Beach Resort is a popular family complex in a 33.7-acre gated community featuring 2.5 acres of private beach with beautiful sugar-sand beaches and emerald green waters. It is just minutes away from some of the best restaurants ranked in Best of the Emerald Coast and only 2.5 miles from a day of golf at Regatta Bay, ranked 'Top 200 Places to Play in North America,' by Golf Digest.

Maravilla vacation rentals are on Scenic Gulf Drive between Crystal View (to the east) and Beach Retreat / Leeward Key (to the west), near shopping, outdoor concerts, deep sea fishing, boat and wave runner rentals, dolphin excursions, water parks, go-cart racing, golf and the Silver Sands outlet mall.

This place was perfect for us. Kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. Loved the decor and how it has been updated. Loved how you can see the ocean. It was so close and easy to walk to the beach. We took a break from the beach every day and spent it at the pool and then went back to the beach to the included beach chairs and umbrella. My family of six really enjoyed Maravilla and all of its amenities.

We love Maravilla! This is best view we’ve ever had in a Maravilla condo! Everything was wonderful! A couple minor things such as the ceiling fan in the den needed a new battery in the remote, so wasn’t working and the ice maker didn’t work but other than that it was fabulous!

Wonderful Beach Condo Experience

Property was nice and exceptionally clean! View of the gulf from the sliding glass door/windows in the living room is so relaxing. Bunk beds were perfect for our little kids. Beach service guys are awesome and makes it so easy to enjoy your time since you don’t have to carry stuff to the water and do much setup once you’re there. We will definitely stay here again.

Very easy our Don and daughter- n-law stayed in another rental with 2 grandaugther we all had a great time our unit was clean the bed oh so comfortable I have issue with my knee so didn’t have far to walk to see the beach but those steps are a tuff thing to climb other than that we loved our stay

Beautiful views! Beautifully decorated condo that was very clean and neat. Always a plus when we can bring our dog Chloe who enjoyed the view too!! We had a very peaceful week with great weather and coffee on the balcony every morning! We are looking forward to a return visit in the near future!
