You'll enjoy an updated coastal interior with a pristine kitchen, beautiful beach views, a private covered balcony, and access to pool, hot tub and the beach! Whether you're here to fish the local waters, tan on the beach, or simply explore South Padre Island, this condo is perfect for you. Located in the middle of the Island you're just a short walk to local restaurants and entertainment. Parking is located in front of the building. You're connected through hi-speed wifi and entertained with TV's in the master bedroom and the living room. Beach towels and 4 beach chairs are provided for your convenience. The complex does not have elevators.

Life long beach lover. I grew up on South Padre Island and even though I've left the Island it hasn't left me. Our family loves to travel and having this property allows us to do so.
Why they chose this property
Directly across from the beach and a short two minute walk over the dunes you'll enjoy the best beaches on the Texas gulf coast. The condo is in the heart of the Island, close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
What makes this property unique
The view from the balcony is spectacular with morning sunrises to wake up to.
