Four spacious bedrooms on the second floor all with ensuite bathroom can host 8 guests. sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeper. 10 ft ceiling height with sky window. enlarged windows and doors give full sunlight into the living area. washer and dryer on site. double car garage, cold cellar in the basement. This a corner property back to the ravine/trail. walking distance to Tim Horton, groceries, LCBO, restaurants, greenhouse...very quiet and private for a good rest, 18 mins drive locally to Falls, 5 mins drive to Hwy 20&406. surrounded by golf clubs, berry and apple farms. This is a great getaway vacation home for large families.
