It is with pleasure that we welcome you in an apartment independent of our main house with a private entrance and a possibility of parking in front of the entrance. This 100 m² apartment located on the ground floor can accommodate from 5 to 7 people.
The region is rich in tourist interests (The First and Mother of the Gothic Cathedrals of Sens)
We are located in St. Clément located 1 hour 20 minutes from Paris by the A5 motorway and 55 minutes by train from Sens train station to Paris

Equipped kitchen: brand new fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, cups, glasses, pans and pots .
Table with seven chairs for breakfast .
Free use in the kitchen: coffee machine and pods of different flavours, kettle for tea bags and infusion, sugar .

*in the living room: a special Hospitality convertible King Size sofa bed, with a real 2-seater mattress (160x 190)
*in the first bedroom: 1-person bed (90×190)
*in the second bedroom: double bed (140×190)

Bed linen and towels provided.
On arrival the beds will be made and clean towels will be in the bathroom.
We use eco-friendly detergents and fabric softeners that preserve the freshness of linen and towels, while minimising artificial fragrances.
The bed linen is made of 100% cotton, the mattresses are new, of very good quality and a very good thickness. (+28 cm)
Enjoy our outdoor area with a small barbecue at your disposal for convivial moments in the open air.
Please note that charcoal is not provided, remember to bring some for your grilling.
CLEANING is included in the price, so you can fully enjoy your stay without worry.
For stays of 6 nights or more, a mid-term cleaning service is also offered, to ensure optimal comfort throughout your stay.

Self-arrival at the premises with a secure key box to access the apartment.
This way, you are completely free of your arrival time after 15:00. FREE STREET PARKING.
