I am not sure why you said the propane ran out for 1/2 of your stay? You texted me sunday evening when you tried boiling some tea letting me know of the situation. The propane was delivered first thing Monday morning. You were without propane during one nights sleep. You wanted your money back for your stay because of a one nights sleep. All of your texts up until sunday evening were saying how much you enjoyed the property and how nice the place was. That you liked the garden and vegetables you picked and the wildlife on property. We had another group staying on property during the same time and they gave 5 stars under the same circumstance. They didn't even mind the one night without propane and that you were the cause of them loosing propane. They were very understanding. We did find a few other items broken such as a cherish picture frame from our wedding, our ceiling fan in the kids room, and our green egg ceramic bowl and plate. We let all that go on our end as a way to make up for your night without propane. We also waived the extra guest fee for the people you snuck into our home that our cleaning lady told us about. She also mentioned it was the dirtiest shes ever seen a place. I thought I was kind enough to not take anything from your damage deposit for your mistake and not worry about the extra people you had stay at our home. We are about as easy going as it gets, theres just no way we could accommodate your request for a refund with all of the problems you left us with. For all future guests we will ensure there is propane during your whole stay and do everything we can to make your stay a 5 star stay.
