Gite L'escapade 34 Mireval Le Muscat

In a medieval Mediterranean village, with all its shops, in the heart of the Muscat vineyards, small house on the ground floor located in a property of 4 identical cottages (Gîte Le Muscat, Gîte Les Flamants Roses, Gîte Les Palmiers, Gîte Les Mirabelliers), between sea, ponds and garrigue.

The maisonette has a capacity of 2 to 3 people per rental, located between Montpellier and Sète (15 minutes), very close to the beach of Arésquiers which you can reach by a charming road, by bike or by taking the shuttle bus in front of the entrance of the cottage to the natural beach of fine sand (4 minutes), the Massif de la Gardiole and the Etang de Thau.

The maisonette is equipped as follows: fully equipped, fitted kitchen (oven, induction hob...), living room with a sofa bed, bathroom, duplex bedroom, wooded area with garden/shaded terrace, private with barbecue, plancha, deckchair...

The cottage is air-conditioned, with 24-hour wifi access, with a laundry area common to our other cottages (freezer, washing machine, iron and iron, etc.) and shared bicycle parking.

You have a parking space and all the comforts for a pleasant stay.
Possibility to provide you with children's equipment (high chair, safety barrier, cot, shower ring...) on request.

A Nordic bath (option and on reservation) to relax after a beautiful walk is available.

Many activities in the immediate vicinity: beach, cycling, hiking, tennis, equestrian centre, boating, tree climbing, petanque court, cycle path to the sea (kitesurfing, sailing, swimming, etc.).

You can also discover the rich heritage of the region with the nearby Thau basin, Palavas-Les-Flots, Frontignan, Montpellier and Sète.
We are close to public transport (train + bus). The bus stop (in front of the gîte) and the train station (900 metres) serve the Montpellier and/or Sète axis in a few minutes.

We provide you with ideas for walks, heritage visits (Villeneuve-Lès-Maguelone Abbey 3 kms), natural and protected sites (Aresquiers beach 4 minutes, flamingo ponds less than 600 metres away as well as salt marshes nearby...), walking and cycling trails, good "good restaurants" deals, local markets...

The personalised welcome is on site from 3:00 p.m. with tasting of the local speciality.
