We had such a great stay at Tom’s place. He was very responsive and communicative which was very nice. The house was super clean and we loved fishing on the dock. We’d definitely stay here again!
My husband, my son and his girlfriend stayed for 7 days! It was so peaceful and we appreciated the brand new dock. We crabbed all week and watched the sunset each night. We even saw dolphins one evening, that is new for us. We love Chincoteague and have visited 3 times and this one was the most special.
Great location and a very quiet area. House is very clean and has everything you need. Including a wall of movies. The pier is a great touch to enjoy the bay side. Everything was as expected and very pleased. Tom was very helpful and communicates very well to answer any questions!
The house had everything we needed was clean and comfortable. Tom was quick to respond via text to answer questions. We visit Chincoteague every summer but this is our first house with a private pier. That was awesome. Fishing, watching sunsets, and having direct access to the water. Can’t beat it. Look forward to staying there again. Just hope I catch more fish next time.
We had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend. The property was comfortable, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. Everything was well maintained and made for an easy, relaxing weekend. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! We plan on staying here again in the future.
We arrived to fresh fruit and vegetables on the table. The house is located in a perfect spot for a quick drive to the beach. But you can also sit on the dock for an amazing sunset. House was clean and very inviting. We will be back next year. Thank you Tom
