Property was as expected. Owners were very good, excellent communication and quick to respond. Place was just like the pictures.Great location to ballpark and great location to drive to beach. Neighborhood not the best but no problems at all. Would stay there again.

Based on experiences as a frequent customer of this and similar rental services this place is not up to what we expected. The place was clutter free, had a great layout, spacious rooms and modernized decorations. However, it was very dusty, hairs found all around the bathrooms including a hair tie full of hairs under a pillows. Walking in had a mildew smell. The linens/bedsheets looked overly wear and tear. The towels provide were rough and also had wear and tear appearance. There was no cleaning supplies provide besides soap for dishes. Only one toilet paper each bathroom was available and very cheap quality. All the appliances had streak marks from whomever cleaned them. The washer detergent canister was full of black mold. I had to clean it before using the washer. The washer itself was extremely lound even with the door closed. The yard was one of the reason we booked this place to use it as a hangout but we found it full of debris like it had not been used for a while. We went out our way to purchase bedsheets and pillows to sleep comfortable, cleaning sprays, febreze to take the smell away. The neighbors were friendly but the neighborhood is a little run down. Our stay was for four nights.
