The house completed in March 2024, is modern and very functional, it can accommodate a large family or people wishing to spend a quiet moment, facing the mountains, with the possibility of doing a multitude of beautiful walks and very varied activities nearby.

Arranged on a large plot of 2000 m2 with lawn, the house is equipped with a large terrace for outdoor meals.
It can comfortably accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms located upstairs: 1 bedroom of 13m2 with double bed 160x200, a bedroom of 13 m2 with 2 single beds 90x200 and a bedroom of 11 m2 with 2 single beds 90x200. A foldable baby cot is also available at no extra charge.
The ground floor is equipped with a large bathroom with double sink unit, walk-in shower and heated towel rail, and toilet.
Two dressing cabinets are available for storing and hanging clothes.
If necessary, the sofa bed on the ground floor offers 2 additional beds for a short time.

The ground floor consists of a large, very bright living room with a kitchen, living room and living room of 35 m2. The 2 large bay windows offer an unstoppable view of the mountains opposite.
The main room is very comfortable and pleasant to live in, with an unobstructed view of nature.
The dining room is equipped with a table for 8 people. 4 bar stools allow you to take full advantage of the large kitchen worktop for lunch or a drink.
The living room has a large spacious corner sofa placed in front of a coffee table and a large latest-generation TV: ideal for an aperitif or relaxing evenings.

The kitchen is equipped with new appliances of the latest generation: induction hob, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, all with plenty of storage space and many kitchen and crockery accessories.

The ground floor also has a pantry equipped with a washing machine.
The house is heated by a heat pump (heating and hot water) and the ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating.

Household linen (tea towels and hand towels) and bed linen (sheets, blankets and pillows) and are provided at no extra charge, as well as towels provided.

Several vehicles can be parked right in front of the house: ideal for loading and unloading cars.

The house is located 10 minutes from the city centre of Albertville, a former Olympic city, very lively in terms of culture and sport.
In addition to the many shops it has, Albertville also has an Olympic ice rink, numerous playgrounds, a bowling alley, 2 cinemas, a theatre and excellent restaurants. The medieval city of Conflans located just above Albertville will take you on a historical tour of the city with a majestic view of my valley

For lovers of skiing or hiking in the summer, the perfect location located right in the centre of the Tarentaise, Beaufortain and Maurienne valleys will allow you to access quite quickly the very famous villages such as Beaufort and its famous cheese, but also to the most beautiful downhill and cross-country skiing and hiking resorts in Europe: Les Saisies, Arêches, Crest Voland, Hauteluce, Praz sur Arly, Valmorel, Courchevel, Méribel, Val Thorens, La Plagne, Les Arcs, Tignes, Val d'Isère, Saint François Longchamp, Les Karellis, Valloire, La Toussuire, Le Corbier, etc...: ideal for spending a week's holiday changing resorts every day and discovering the best of skiing and the mountains in the Alps.

Located 5 minutes higher, the typical village of Mercury offers many possibilities for walking tours and also offers some local shops for local specialities: butcher, grocery store-bakery with its bread baked over a wood fire

The Col de Tamié is located at 9 kms (altitude 900 metres) and offers very good possibilities for mountain hikes, especially in the direction of "La belle étoile".
The top of the pass also allows access to the famous Abbey of Tamié with the possibility of discovering the life of the monks and savouring all their exceptional culinary productions.

The pass finally allows you to make the link towards Lake Annecy and Haute Savoie, which can be reached in 45 minutes. The French jewel of inland lakes will offer you breathtaking panoramas, before strolling through the old town, famous for its exceptional restaurants and its many ice cream parlours.

A little further on, crossing the Bauges massif and its splendid landscapes in the heart of the Savoyard meadows and forests, you will easily reach the largest natural lake in France: Lake Bourget.
