Villa des Années 30 au Cœur de la Toscane Gersoise

This villa from the 30s with generous volumes was the property of Abel Sempé, a former winegrower-merchant who became Senator of the Gers from 1959 to 1962. Recently restored, it has architectural elements and period furniture elegantly integrated with today's standards of comfort.
You will be seduced by its very high quality services with its bathrooms serving each room and its south-facing park overlooking the vineyards.
You can even walk along the rows of vines in the morning after breakfast or visit the wine and Armagnac tasting cellar 50 metres walk from the house.
This building is located in the heart of the village in the middle of a one-hectare park and close to the municipal swimming pool (free) and a few metres from all amenities (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy...).
A few minutes away by car, the Aignan leisure centre offers many activities to do with family or friends: canoeing, zip line over the lake, tree climbing, paintball or swimming.
The location of the Villa is ideal for visiting the Gers: Nogaro car circuit, Festivals of Vic-Fezensac or Marciac, Lupiac the native village of d'Artagnan, Auch, the bastides and castles, Eauze the capital of Armagnac, ....

Un grand merci à notre hôte pour cet excellent séjour ! Il s'est montré particulièrement accueillant, réactif, accommodant et flexible sur les horaires, ce qui a rendu notre voyage très agréable et sans stress.Le logement est spacieux, très grand et parfaitement fidèle aux photos et à la description. Mention spéciale pour la vue imprenable sur les vignes, idéale pour se détendre. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Juste un ventilateur serait très apprécié au dernier étage.
