The resort was exactly as described. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze. We especially enjoyed the many amenities especially the pool and hot tubs. We highly recommend and plan to come back!

Nice family resort

This was a nice family place to stay and the convenience of access to sister properties was a bonus! The neighborhood outside of the resort seemed a little sketchy but the resort was very secure and we never had any issues. Pools are nice but a bit crowded and lack enough chairs for all guests. Also, the hard core sales pitch at check in was very stressful, you should be prepared for this after traveling all day. I would stay again, price is nice for a large 2 bedroom suite.

Hi Tina, The property and condo were wonderful!!! We'd definitely return. The only downside was the very pushy sales staff that continually called and scheduled, without our consent or agreement, to take a tour of the property to sell either ownership or time shares. Palm Aire Condo - great balcony, kitchen with banquette, fun pool

We initially had a bottom floor condo that had a leak and we were immediately moved to an upper floor unit that was a big upgrade, nice finishes and furniture, great balcony with view and convenient to 2 pools. Kids loved the pool slide .we walked to Presidente market for food and ate at the Lebanese restaurant with bellydancing. Only issue is the unit was a little hard to find with all the buildings and not alot of signage. The Wyndham staff was friendly and a bit loud with the DJd pool party but overall a great experience. 20 min drive to sister property with beach access. Liked Palm Aire much better, glad we stayed!

Booked same (or so I thought) as in 10-2021. I don't remember the name of the bldg but we were I believe on the 6th floor with a poolside view. Our room this time was in a different bldg (Areca) lower floor and street view. We were moved to a poolside room in the same bldg after making the request at the front desk. My suggestion is to know the names of the bldgs on the property. Trip was good.
