Apartment T2 refurbished January 2024 of 35 m2 renovated to the taste of the day to make your stay as pleasant as possible, air-conditioned, bright, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room opening onto a veranda with large sliding bay windows overlooking the garden, located on the ground floor with a private garden of 50m2 with its gate that allows you to go to the beach which is 150 metres away. - Private numbered and secure parking The apartment has a free private parking space. Access to the common areas of the residence accessible with an access code. These will be sent to you when you arrive.

Bike shelters that can accommodate 2 bikes in the garden.
An outdoor shower when you come back from the beach.

Have not included in the rental price the household linen see together if you want this service, 30 euros, a set of sheets, towels, tea towels.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und gepflegt und entspricht genau den Bildern. Auch die Lage ist sehr angenehm und ruhig. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen. Wir hatten aufgrund einer kaputten Autobatterie leider einen Tag Verspätung und kamen schließlich erst mitten in der Nacht an. Murielle war unglaublich flexibel und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Trotz unserer sehr späten Ankunft wurden wir problemlos und pünktlich empfangen.Vielen Dank an Murielle für die tolle Kommunikation, die Flexibilität und den herzlichen Empfang. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie nur weiterempfehlen!

Malgré cette panne de voiture et votre arrivée à minuit, qui vous à écouter votre séjour mais tout s’est déroulé à merveille. Même si nous n’avons échangé que par messages, la communication a été très fluide et agréable. À votre départ, l’appartement était impeccable et très propre : un vrai plaisir, merci beaucoup Sachez que vous serez toujours les bienvenus chez nous, nous serions ravis de vous accueillir à nouveau, vous et votre petite famille.
