Take the perfect vacation in this newly remodeled 3 bedroom & 2 bath condo near everything! Step into our newly remodeled rustic condo that sits perfectly between Silver Dollar City, Moon Shine Beach, And The Famous Branson Highway 76 Strip. We are located just 5 miles from Silver Dollar City, 3 miles from Moonshine Beach, and only a few minutes away from the Branson Highway 76 .We have a luxury king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two cozy queen bedrooms along with two fully stocked bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfectly suited for home cooking. Whip up your favorite recipes to serve at the elegant dining table - when you're not treating yourself to a meal out on the town! Enjoy the well stocked kitchen with high quality appliances, coffee maker, water kettle, griddle, blender, mixer, toaster, crockpot, and many other items. Welcome to your home-away-from-home in Branson! Unwind after a day of travel or adventure in the cozy living room, complete with a sectional with chaise (that turns into a sofa bed), and a 65" flat-screen smart TV. Sliding glass doors lead out onto the deck - the perfect spot for relaxing after a long day of fun. The condo is well stocked with all the comforts and amenities you'll need to settle right in and enjoy your stay, including high speed 1 gig Wi-Fi and access to the community pool. (The pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend until Labor Day weekend and is closed after that). Washer and Dryer are included in the condo with laundry detergent which is super convenient for longer stays. Portacrib and High Chair is included. The condo is on the top level of the building and does require one flight of stairs. We Provide Quality bath towels, linens, pool towels, and extra pillows and linens for the pullout.

This was a great place to stay for our week in Branson. The condo is located very close to all the things that the area has to offer. It was exactly as described and was an excellent value. Everything about the condo was great it was easy to find , nice and clean, the beds were quite comfortable with plenty of extra bedding if needed.however the property manager never once contacted me I found that very unusual as I've stayed In many other properties and have always been contacted by and have full conversations with the host/manager.

Comfortable and covenient. We appreciated that there was plenty of silverware and dishes. Various soaps (hand, dish, laundry, and dishwasher) all provided in rooms. Multiple USB and outlets for electronics. One issue is that lamps are decorative rather than functional which makes reading a book hard. Bath, kitchen, dining, and utility room lighting very good

Cheap rate

Overall the location and place is worth what I paid. Was disappointed in the lack of hot water. I messaged the manager and told him that the hot water heater was leaking. Also, the TV remotes were finicky and one didnt work at all. Pool was across the street and a little disappointing. It had a sheen on it, almost like an oil slick. The location is ideal, close to all of the activities.

Thanks so much and I am glad you enjoyed the condo. We double checked the water heater and added an expansion tank to it to help now and verified the hot water. We replaced the TV remotes. The pool does have moments when a lot of guests use it but they do constantly treat it and take care of it. Thanks for staying with us.

Our First Branson Trip

This property is excellent for families and friends alike. Terrific location, off the strip but not too far off. The only issue we had were the floors. We found out there was a new cleaning lady and she failed to clean the floors. My wife mopped when we noticed that my daughters' feet were dirty from walking in the condo. I sent David a message to which he promptly responded. He apologized profusely and even refunded the cleaning deposit. He asked if we wanted someone to come over and clean and we declined since we had already done so. Super nice throughout the whole process and quickly responded to all messages and made sure we were taken care of. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking to travel to the area.

Amazing winter experience

The property was decorated amazing, even down to being decorated for Christmas! Everything we could possibly need was in the kitchen, and the linens were high quality. Our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers fit perfectly in the condo. Everyone had room to spread out or come together to play games. We woke up to snow on the ground making it all even more magical. We will definitely stay here again! Great hosts and overall stay!

Our stay in Branson.

The property we stayed in was very clean. It was a good location. Quiet neighborhood. We did have problems with the TV. Would have been beneficial to have instructions with the TV-how to get the different channels. Also had problems with locking the door. My husband finally figured it out. He was in charge of locking up whenever we left. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

We love to travel and live in Mountain Grove Missouri. Our favorite go to vacation spot is Branson and we have stayed many times at nightly rentals. We decided to invest in condos so that we could share our love of Branson with others as well as visit ourselves.

We love this property. The building has six condos in it and we purchased all six so it is fabulous for the times that you need more space or have a bigger group. If you need more space just let us know and we can help accommodate you with more than one condo next to each other.
