Villa Valencia opened in December 2021 and is located close to San Jose del Cabo on a beautiful stretch of sandy beach with multiple pools, an infinity pool at the beach edge, a "river", five restaurants and spectacular views from virtually every suite.

The gorgeously equipped Two Bedroom Suite at Villa La Valencia has everything you need for remarkable living on your Los Cabos vacations. Its two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, spacious living area, private terrace, washer/dryer, and ample kitchen make it the ideal retreat for up to six adults. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite, complete with a walk-in shower, twin vanity, and soaking tub. The secondary bedroom offers two double beds or a king, its own bathroom, and the modern comforts one would expect to find at one of the best oceanfront resorts near San Jose del Cabo.

The suite is approximately 1800 sq. ft.

REGARDING THE ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN: This plan is optional at the resort and is available to all guests with a confirmed reservation. Everyone staying in the same suite must participate in the all-inclusive plan together. The plan costs $140/day/adult and 50% less for children ages 4 - 12

ADDITIONAL NOTE: If you are interested in deep discounts for spa or excursions or other resort-based activities, that is available if you are willing to attend a 90-minute “sales presentation” but totally option/not required. But I must submit your name after a reservation confirmation for you to access this optional benefit.

PLEASE NOTE REGARDING CANCELLATION POLICY: The VRBO algorithm does not have the flexibility to accurately convey the cancellation policy so here goes: While there are no cancellations or refunds less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, if you need to cancel more than 60 days in advance there is a $350 cancellation fee from the resort which I will have to pass on to you but otherwise you will get the remainder of your payment fully returned.
