The house is very comfortable, well furnished and decorated. There is a large living room with integrated fully equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom with double bed 1.60 m and private bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed 1.60 m and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds 0.90 m. Additional bathroom and 2 separate WC. The terrace offers plenty of garden furniture. Barbecue. The house is situated in an ideal Cap Ferret location, everything is within walking distance.
