Great apartment centrally located in Hamburg. It was exactly as advertised and clean. Communication and check-in was easy. When we requested a parking spot in the building, the communication was excellent and very flexible. The street that the apartment is on is a nice residential street. Parking on the street can be tough.

The actual apartment is clean and acceptable. The building, though, is under renovation. It mostly did not matter, as we were gone most of the day, but the loud work started at 8 am and went until 6 pm.

Fairly easy to find with GPS. Access instructions a breeze. Beware of parking! Host suggested a parking garage very close and it was less than a minute walk. Totally secure. €20 per night

Nice appartment, easy to enter and 15 min from Reeperbahn bij taxi

The check in was good, the appartment was clean. For 8 it was not really spacy but good enough. If you are with 5 it is perfect. With 8, three sleep in the living room. All the beds are comfy only the curtains do fit only half the window in the living room. This means getting up very early.

The location was great. The check-in was seamless. There was ongoing construction, which wasn't mentioned in the description, but I did read it in the reviews. We lost hot water one day, The host wasn't very communicative and either had incorrect information about the resolution of the issue or just didn't want to deal with it. nd the host initially said the unit was in the neighboring apartment, so we didn't have to hang around for the repair. Then, they said it was fixed, but it wasn't, and they finally stopped communicating with me. We did get the hot water back later in the day. So, not the end of the world, but it would have been nice to receive a response, an apology, something. We were there from 09/10 to 09/15. The listing says they supply towels. There were 3 threadbare bath towels and 3 threadbare hand towels. Having better quality towels and at least 2 bath towels each seems reasonable. I would urge the host to check out Flohmarkt or Garagenflohmarkt or a Hofflohmarkt. Maybe even estate sales in germany,

Here is the communication: We fixed the hot water problem in a few hours, the chat was nice. There are always two spare sets of hand towels and bath towels in the cupboards. These have probably never been opened. There was also no request from the guest. The “good” advice at the end is quite rude, especially if you are unable to open a cupboard or ask the host. I can´t understand the comments of this lady.

Der Gastgeber war super nett und sehr kommunikativ. Wir haben eine Wohnung über Weihnachten gesucht, ein Fahrstuhl war für uns lebenswichtig, da eine Person nicht gut laufen kann. Daher habe ich vorher viel mit dem Gastgeber kommuniziert. - Vor Ort war der Fahrstuhl kaputt. Andere Feriengäste sagten uns, dass dies schon tagelang so sei - auf Nachfrage sagte der Gastgeber, dass er das nicht gewusst hat, was ich durchaus glaube, uns aber nicht geholfen hat. - Dann wurde uns vom Hausserviceteam (oder der Verwaltung der Wohnung) versprochen, sich zu kümmern und zu melden. Das ist an keinem Weihnachtstag passiert. Ich erwarte eigentlich, dass ein Service immer arbeitet, das tue ich in meinem Beruf auch - Leider kam bis heute auch keine Meldung- Viele Werktage sind vergangen und wir haben noch Kontakt zu den anderen Gästen. Der Fahrstuhl geht immer noch (oder mal wieder) nicht- Für mich ein erheblicher Mangel, auch wie oft man mit dem Gepäck die wirklich steile Treppe rennen muss - Die Wohnung ist sonst sehr gut. Alles ist da und man kann gut mit 5 Personen dort leben/übernachten. Es war schön warm und sauber. Da die Heizung individuell angestellt wurde, könnte dieses Team den defekten Fahrstuhl locker bemerkt haben. Ich empfehle, dass man dies mal weiter gibt - Enttäuscht war ich allerdings, dass nie eine Rückmeldung kam. Fast 600 Euro sind viel Geld für 2 Nächte, die uns unglaubliche Probleme gemacht haben, denn wir waren eben auf den Fahrstuhl angewiesen, um gemeinsam zu feiern

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super und es war alles wie beschrieben. Perfekte Unterkunft für mehrere Leute für einen Kurztrip. Man kann problemlose einen Parkplatz dazu buchen und der Check-in war total einfach und unkompliziert mit einer Schlüsselbox.

Diese Ferienwohnung haben wir mit vier Erwachsenen für einen Kurztrip nach Hamburg genutzt. Weil sich die Ferienwohnung aber auf einer Baustelle befindet, konnten wir den an sich gebuchten Parkplatz nicht benutzen. Die Zusatzkosten für den Parkplatz wurden aber erstattet. Die Wohnung war zwar sauber, allerdings sehr abgewohnt. Diese Stellen sind auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen. Nachdem der Parkplatz nicht zur Verfügung stand, die Lage nur in Ordnung ist und die Wohnung abgewohnt ist, ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unterdurchschnittlich.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Appartment. Nicht nur, dass es sehr sauber und geräumig war, auch die Lage ums sehr gefallen.Man ist zwar in der Stadt, aber es ist doch ruhig und mit den sich ganz in der Nähe befindlichen Bushaltestellen, kommt man schnell überallhin.Also, rundum perfekt alles!

Grundsätzlich gute Lage, Raumaufteilung..Teilweise ist das Mobiliar etwas abgerockt. Küchenfronten, Bettwäsche mit Löchern. Fön läuft nach 1 ner Minute benutzen heiß. Der Duschkopf sollte dringend gewechselt werden.

Mit mehr Sauberkeit und Wartung wäre es top

Die Wohnung liegt an einem fantastischen Ort – die Lage ist wirklich kaum zu übertreffen. Die Räume selbst sind grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber es gibt leider einiges an Instandhaltungsrückstand. Mehrere Lampen waren kaputt, und generell wirkte vieles etwas vernachlässigt. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig: Das Apartment war bei unserer Ankunft nicht besonders sauber, und in den Bettlaken waren kleine Löcher. Mit etwas mehr Pflege und Aufmerksamkeit könnte dies wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft sein.

Aufgrund von Bauarbeiten wurde uns kurz vor unserer Anreise mitgeteilt, dass wir in eine andere Wohnung in Winterhude umgebucht wurden. Eine Alternative in Ottensen stand leider nicht zur Verfügung. Trotzdem war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter problemlos. Die Wohnung in Winterhude war in Ordnung.

Große, ruhige und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung!

Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen, war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Von dort aus kann man mit Bus oder Bahn schnell zu Hamburgs Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangen!

Die Kontaktaufnahme war komplikationslos. Die Wohnung gut ausgestattet und sauber. Meine Matraze war leicht durchgelegen aber die ruhige Umgebung hat zu einem erholsamen Schlaf beigetragen.

Fin lejlighed - bedst til 5 personer

Lejligheden ligger i fint kvarter med kort afstand til banegård, butikker og spisesteder. Ombygning i opgang ikke så charmerende. De to sengepladser i stuen kræver omflytning for at kunne anvendes. Vi manglede sengetøj til en seng - det blev fikset ved henvendelse. Vi havde en fin weekend der.

Kurztrip

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Die Wohnung sauber. Gibt hier und da Sachen die man ändern könnte, sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten. Für einen Kurzentrip in Hamburg zu empfehlen.
