The cozy thatched roof house, built in 2015 with 140sqm of living space, has an inviting open living and kitchen area with connection to the terrace and the garden. On the ground floor is the 1st Bathroom with shower, toilet incl. Washing machine. The house is designed for up to 8 adults and 1 toddler. A staircase leads to the 4 bedrooms, the 2nd Bathroom with toilet, shower & bath tub, upstairs. The house is located 650m from the Baltic Sea beach and about 15 minutes walk from the city center, which offers you an optimal mix between tranquility and proximity to attractions.
