In the heart of our 3-hectare estate, in a preserved natural environment, 12 km from Mirepoix, 6 km from Fanjeaux, 25 km from Carcassonne, 20 km from Limoux. In the heart of the sites of the Cathar Country, Montségur at 35 km and Andorra at 1 hour.
The studio is divided between a bedroom area with a shower/sink area and a living room area with equipped kitchen. A beautiful and very private wooden terrace to bask in the sun in front of the Pyrenees and a shaded terrace for summer idleness. Separate and closed toilets. Double bed.
On the GR7, Compostela trail between Fanjeaux and Mirepoix.
Calm and serenity, for lovers of nature, stars, orchids, birds and butterflies.
Numerous walks on site, on foot or by bike. Tourist trails developed and informed.
Many activities all year round: farmers' markets in summer, Swing festival in Mirepoix in spring, Limoux carnival in winter, puppet festival in Mirepoix in August, apple festival in autumn, festival of Photo Trails in summer, Cathar sites nearby, City of Carcassonne, etc.
