The rental unit is a complete 2 bedroom apartment with a full bath, kitchen, living and dining area, and a small office area. The Livingroom couch can be expanded into a full-sized bed. It is located at the back of the main house but has its own entrance and full privacy. There is a privacy fence enclosed, shared backyard with a patio and patio furniture, a fire pit, and a charcoal grill. It is located in a safe and family friendly neighborhood conveniently located minutes away from Randolph Air Force Base, Ft. Sam Houston, Lackland AFB, Six Flags, SeaWorld, the Riverwalk, and the Alamo.

Please be respectful regarding the noise. There are two rental units separated by a door that stays locked with security chains on both sides.

This is a smoke-free home. Please use outside smoking area. There is an additional $500.00 charge should smoking be detected.

Please adhere to your checkout schedule. If you need a later check out, we can possibly work something out, but please call or text in advance.
