Outdoor Oasis:

Step into your own private paradise! The expansive backyard is fully fenced, ensuring your privacy and security, and features an in-ground pool (4in - 4ft deep), a luxurious spa, and a fully equipped gym. Relax by the pool or soak in the year-round 6-person hot tub under the stars. The serene creek that runs through the property adds to the peaceful ambiance, and a beautiful deck overlooks it, perfect for your morning coffee or evening retreat. (The pool is available from April 1st to October 31st)

For outdoor cooking and relaxation, enjoy a propane BBQ grill, a fire pit, and a second-story balcony that offers sweeping views of the entire backyard.

A Creekside Escape:

Cross the charming bridge over the creek to discover a cozy fire ring and seating area, ideal for stargazing and making memories with family and friends. Bring a tent for even more outdoor fun, or simply unwind and enjoy the quiet beauty of nature.

Modern Comforts Inside:

This spacious 2200 sqft home offers the perfect combination of style, comfort, and modern amenities:

3 bedrooms, each with comfortable "Allswell" memory foam mattresses to ensure you sleep like a dream.

3 full bathrooms for your convenience.

Complimentary WiFi throughout the house and 4 large 4K TVs equipped with Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu so you can binge-watch your favorite shows. The living room and upstairs bedroom even include local channels like CBS, ABC, and FOX.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Bedroom: A queen bed, twin bed, 2 pack n' play cribs, a desk, dresser, walk-in closet, and a 43-inch Smart TV. You'll also have direct access to the side porch for some fresh air.

Bedroom 2: A queen bed, twin bunk bed, dresser, closet, and a 50-inch Smart TV.

Bedroom 3: A twin bunk bed, dresser, and closet.

Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): Features 2 twin beds (no dresser or closet), 2 three-person sofas, and a 55-inch Smart TV with DVD player. This room has its own balcony access and provides a cozy spot to relax.

Living Room: Enjoy the spacious area with 2 three-person sofas, a rocking chair, and various games for family fun, plus a 55-inch Smart TV.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook up a feast with everything you need: refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, blender, crockpot, Keurig coffee maker (with pods), and more. We also provide a kids dining booster seat for your convenience.

Fitness & Wellness: Our backyard gym is a standout feature. Located in a cozy shed, it's fully insulated with AC for year-round comfort. The gym is stocked with a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, rowing machine, bench press, pull-up station, core machine, punching bag, and hand weights.

Convenience: The utility room includes a washer and dryer, detergent, ironing board, and laundry basket, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.

Parking: There's plenty of room to park, including a carport for two cars and extra driveway space. If you're bringing an RV, we can accommodate it (no hookups, but plenty of space to park—please let us know in advance).

Important Notes:

The pool is available from April 1st to October 31st. It will be covered during the colder months, from November to March.

The creek typically runs during the spring and after rainfall, but we can't guarantee it will be flowing.

There are 2 outdoor cameras on the property (clearly visible, one on the fence and one on the power pole) for your security.

For safety reasons, pool rings are not provided, but feel free to bring your own floaties and toys.

My family, brother and sisters family stayed here for my mother’s funeral service! It was exactly what we needed. All of us together to celebrate my beautiful mother’s life! We enjoyed the house and pool very much. We stay in VRBO houses a lot and this was by far the best as far as what is provided. Bottled water, popcorn, pop tarts, granola bars and ramen noodles. The coffe bar was also amazing! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook! We enjoyed the pool and will definitely be back.

This house had it all.

Cozy house with plenty of space and bathrooms. It rained most of the time but we had plenty of room to not be in top of eachother. Great county vibe with all the amenities you could ask for. Popcorn and coffee was well stocked. We will be back during the summer.

We had a great time here. The hot tub and fire pit were fabulous with lovely details—snacks, battery lamps, coffee, hot chocolate etc. that made our trip so fun. Just a few suggestions: having wine glasses would be very nice Paper/styrofoam hot beverage cups for the fire pit or coffee for the road Towels for the hot tub that are beach towel sized

Moms 80th birthday party

Highly recommend this property. We flew in from the state of Washington to host my mom’s 80th birthday party. We had approximately 30 family members out for the day ranging from 6 months of age to of course 80. There was something to do for everyone here. The owner stocked the place up with everything you could think of. Would definitely stay here again.

My sisters family traveled with mine (all adult children) to stay for the second year in a row. We visited the Waco water park one day and loved the house so much that we added an extra day this year to just enjoy the house! This house is better stocked than any out house I have stayed in. From the moment we walked in it felt like home. So comfortable and with lots of extras we didn't expect. They had water and snacks of all kind.... and I have to say the best stocked coffee bar of all the places we've stayed at! The pool was the hit for the little girls. Slice of Heaven on Texas soil

This place is full of love and you can feel it from the moment you step foot on the front porch. This rustic charm was great for a team of missionaries serving those in chains. We had team builders and unplugged and rested and it all felt so great and peaceful. The beds here were truly so comfortable according to everyone that stayed, not just me. The rustic touches all over the property just make this perfect. I love the hot tub and the pool, we didn't use the gym much but the equipment in there looked decent. The bridge was beautiful and we loved how it lead to the fire pit. Suggestions would be more front porch rocking chairs as well as several more on the back porch. But that is about it, everything else is just about perfect. Could there be more modern upgrades added over time? Sure. But I think it would take away from its natural beauty and Texas charm. We can't wait to go back again and again and again. We loved it so much our lead pastors are planning a family stay soon as well.

Relaxing until the Scorpion Stings

My husband and our 2 daughters went for a weekend getaway. The place was a bit dusty in a few of the rooms, appeared to be some paint on the wood floors in one of the rooms, and nothing special on the inside. It had everything we needed though, so didn’t matter to us because most of our time was going to be spent outside. The kitchen was fully stocked with bottled waters, ramen, granola bars, coffee and popcorn which was nice. There were chickens, ducks, cats, etc roaming around the property which was nice. The kids really enjoyed that. We all had a great time, and then my first daughter was stung by a scorpion. She was swimming and the scorpion blended in with the rock edge and as she was getting out she put her hand down on it. Her mouth turned numb and tingly and it was scary for a while. Apparently this is a “normal” reaction as I was told by the hospital and poison control (we didn’t know as none of us had ever been stung before). 2 hours later, my other other daughter was trying to close the mosquito net that surrounds the exterior of the hot tub and it was like a horror movie. The scorpions started falling out from the netting. So, overall was very relaxing minus the scorpions. It actually rained the first night while we were there so the 2nd day we woke up to the beautiful creek sounds as the waterfall was going. I would suggest spraying the pool and hot tub areas for scorpions!
