Charming waterfront home with covered patio, dock and large fenced in yard
Welcome to beautiful Saint Petersburg! My waterfront home features two bedrooms, each with queen size beds. It has a large backyard with a covered patio and magnificent view of Smacks Bayou. Since this is my actual home, it’s full of every amenity you need, from linens and towels to laundry room to full kitchen. It is in a perfect location. Just follow the waterfront to beautiful Saint Petersburg. Close to shopping, interstate 275 and 1/2 hour to the Gulf Beaches and to Tampa International Airport.

Why they chose this property
I live on the water in a lovely neighborhood just minutes from downtown St. Pete. There is so much to do around here; shopping, great restaurants, museums, boating, swimming, ectc. My place is comfortable and clean and has many amenities. I hope you enjoy my home as much as I do.
What makes this property unique
My home is the perfect place to get away. Whether it's dangling your feet in the water; casting a line and catching a fish; watching the dolphins cruise by; sipping on a cocktail while you watch the beautiful sunset. My aim is for you to experience the joy that I have experienced in the 40 years that I have lived here. This truly is a unique property for those looking for a home away from home.
