Beautifully updated, One Bedroom, Lakefront corner unit Condo with a ground floor entry and 3rd floor view from a private deck that boasts both a ceiling fan and a wall mounted heater to enjoy sunsets in this peaceful cove, both in the on- and off-season. Perfect for that romantic getaway or sporting individuals whose hobbies coincide with the area's natural bounty. Boat slips can be rented separately, if rental availability allows. While staying, take advantage of all that Southwood Shores has to offer. Including the following: heated indoor pool, indoor hot tub, Main Channel lakefront pool w/ sundeck, lake front promenade, swim dock with lake access, concrete boat launch ramp, business center, onsite clubhouse, children's playground and tennis/basketball courts. Same Day Early Check-in and Late Check-out are available if requested as long as rental reservations allow.

Nice Place - Peaceful setting!

This is a very nice place and being on the end of the building it was quiet. The deck provides a view of the lake and a quiet wooded cove. Easy access for fishing or just walking along the lake.

We enjoyed this cute cozy condo. It was perfect for us! The bed was soft and extremely comfortable I slept like a baby. Great view saw lots of huge turtles 🐢. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again in the future.

This property is cute & cozy and sits back at the end of the water. It is wonderful for quiet mornings on the deck, watching wildlife, and fishing. The pool was great for night swims since it was open until 12. Great little place! We will be back!

The unit is super cute, and the location is perfect! End unit, in a small choice of back water - it was quiet and easy to access. We loved watching the fish, turtles, ducks from the deck. The check in/check out process was easy and well documented.

Turtle Cove - July 2021

We had a wonderful stay in the condo, it was in a cove area and my daughter and grandsons enjoyed feeding the turtles from the deck. The bedding was so comfortable, it's a small condo, but has everything you will need and more. The owners awesome, and they enjoy feeding the ducks and turtles too!
