Our Keys Paradise is located in the HEART of Key Largo – Kawama Yacht Club, a gated community with amenities galore!

This 2/2 remodeled townhome has been tastefully decorated. Sleeps 6 with king beds in each upstairs bedroom and comfortable sleeper sofa pull out with foam top mattress in the living room. Has 2 full bathrooms with showers, and washer/dryer inside the unit. Home features an open kitchen with a large island for dinner & entertainment. Brand new kitchen has all new stainless-steel appliances, living room and both bedrooms have new large flat screen Smart HDTVs. Our home is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. Also included: iron & ironing board, fist-aid kit, some toiletries, and games for the family to play.

Guests have access to free highspeed internet Wifi, Netflix, and Streaming TV with 100+ channels. There’s a BBQ on the porch for grilling, tennis rackets & balls to use on the tennis courts, and paddleboard & floaties as well as snorkel gear to explore the only saltwater lagoon in Key Largo!

Home is located in front of the saltwater lagoon, just steps from the 2 pools and large kids sanded playground. Additional amenities include a private on-site marina with free boat ramp, 24 hours security, boat trailer parking (first come basis), tennis courts, a small sand beach with grills, fire pit and seating for the whole family. Guests can go swimming, boating, snorkeling, paddleboarding, fishing, or walk to the end of the jetty to watch the most breathtaking sunrises and sunsets!

Kawama Yacht Club is located minutes away from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, known worldwide for its spectacular scuba and snorkeling. Kawama is surrounded by great restaurants and entertainment. Our family friendly community offers everything you could ever imagine to make your Florida Keys vacation a memorable one!

Boating: Our private marina will allow only 2 axle trailers to unload on the ramp. If you plan to bring a boat, you will need to provide proof of $300,000 liability insurance to the guard at the entrance. Boat ramp is free of charge and trailer parking is on a first come basis. Boats cannot be parked in the water overnight unless you have a reserved boat slip. Please contact us for more information about bringing in your boat prior to your arrival.

**NO PARTIES. Pets are NOT allowed. This is a non-smoking home. Security Deposit will not be refunded if there is any evidence (smell) of smoking in the unit.

**We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

**The community only allows two cars per unit. Parking is open to all as there is no assigned parking spots.
