Long stay assessment

Season: beach and restaurants closed at the beginning of September. Location: a little far north for visiting major tourism sites in Croatia. Apartment: overall, very pleasant and open feeling. views in the morning and evening are great. bathroom area is very small and restrictive ... owner could do well with an upgrade here. bedrooms are ok ... owner could do well with an upgrade to the linens. Owner: very nice. very helpful, very sincere. very open to an interesting conversation. Surroundings: quiet small town feel during the off season. apartment is located on the edge of a little unimposing marina, not the beach. nice walking path along the shoreline. family olive orchard off to the side adds to the ambiance. very safe and secure with more than adequate parking space.
