The apartment:

Bright studio located on the 6th floor with lift, south-west facing balcony and garden furniture.

Living room with 140cm sofa bed, trundle bed (2x90), dining table.

Open-plan equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee makers, kettle, toaster, citrus press).

Bathroom with shower, sink, heated towel rail, washing machine. Separate WC.

Cupboard with cleaning supplies.



Parking: free and unrestricted on the street.

Accommodation rated 1 star (May 2025).



Ideal location:

Presidents' district, all shops within walking distance.

10 minutes' walk from Tanchet beach and the thalassotherapy centre.

10 minutes by bike from the town centre and the railway station.

Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the bins to the designated locations

Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation
