Brand new POOL HEATER installed! 3 large bedrooms, (2 queens, one king) plus a full den, laundry room, pool and the house has its own beach with an in-ground fire pit that seats 12, lounge chairs, and sunset views! Walking distance to shopping centers, great restaurants, 20 minutes to RSW Airport and Fort Myers' white-sand beaches, perfect for a romantic get-away and 10 minutes from downtown Fort Myers. Completely remodeled in July of 2021 with brand new appliances, electronics, and all the creature comforts you can imagine.

We take alot of pride in providing a clean and elegant space, perfect for groups, families, couples, and anyone who's looking for that Florida experience. Sleeps 6 on beds, 2 on couches, plus one air mattress available for a total of 10 people. Cameras for added protection in backyard, and out front for added protection

This was a great rental - clean and comfortable. It was a very convenient location and near grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We were in the area for a softball tournament and would definitely book this rental again in the future!

Great place for a small pool party

Had a great time celebrating my honey’s 30th with a lil pool party and grilling. Beds were comfortable, everything looked really cute in pictures too

Wedding Weekend

We rented this home for my daughters wedding that was just 10 min away. It was a perfect get away for our family. We had plenty of room. The backyard set up is awesome for a small get together. Overall we had a great experience. Thank you to the owner.

Great layout for entertaining

Cute little gem in an unexpected area. The layout and design theme was open and coastal. Had a wonderful time. The owners were laid back and responsive. Would like to see the maintenance put into it that it deserves. If it weren't for the leniency allowing larger parties, I would probably feel like I way overpaid for this place. A little work around there could really take this place next level.

Perfect VRBO for the Fort Myers Area!

We really enjoyed our time at the Blue Beach Bungalow. The entire place has been renovated, and it was perfectly clean. New water heater, great HVAC, nice kitchen. There is a pool, a fire pit, and a sand area in the back yard, with a beautiful view of the pond. Its about 20 min from downtown Fort Myers, and Fort Myers beach which was perfect for us. We had 7 guests, but could have slept a couple more. Andy was great to deal with, would recommend!

Overall decent experience

Inside was very nicely updated and clean however the house took over 4hrs to cool off and even then the two bedrooms (not master) were still very warm. Also the spare bedrooms are listed as having queen beds and they are definitely not.. way to small. There were weeds all over the lanai and the fiberglass pool and tile in the pool is very chipped and broken. The outdoor sand area was nice as well as the firepit. Good and bad points throughout but overall we had a nice time

March reunion

We chose this property for our military reunion with some of those we served with in Hawaii. The property was nice, well kept with a few minor issues that were not a big deal. The fire pit was perfect for our gathering place in the evening. The sunset view was wonderful and the opportunity to feed the turtles was fun. Great time was enjoyed by all, much nicer than gathering at a hotel. Items we thought would enhance the stay at the property was a spare propane tank, kitchen cloths and towels, more wash cloths and towels, and beach towels for the pool. The pool was shocked during our stay so we could not swim for 24 hours...coordinating this on a day when people are checking in/out if possible would mitigate this. The host was extremely responsive to communications and accommodating.

BED BUGS

The property in pictures isn’t like the actual property. First night coming into the home it reeked of urine. Stayed 2 nights and when we got home everybody that stayed in the house was bit up from sleeping in the beds. Contacted the owners and they were in denial 3 days later they contacted us and filed a “property damage” after the fact we complained about bed bugs. Don’t not stay here instead of fixing the problem and addressing the bed bugs they file property damage when nothing was damaged. *BED BUGS*

Needs Improvements

I hate to give a bad review but I would have liked to know. I was disappointed. There were a few bug issues that needed to be taken care. The shower drains don’t drain well at all. The pool was not as beautiful as the picture…broken tiles and dirty. We did a lot of work to make the place better like fixing the sand in the back, cleaning up the pool and inside. I was expecting a 4.7 star place as listed but seemed more like a 2 star (which changed to a 2.5 after the work we put in). When I notified the owner he was happy to hear of the issues, said he would work on things and seemed eager to make it better for the next guests. There is potential.

We were denied a refund despite contacting the owner a day before full refund day (two days after Hurricane Ian hit Ft.Meyers as a Cat 4) concerned about the area’s devastation! When Sheriff Marceno announced no unwanted/unnecessary visitors, I cancelled. No restaurants, no use of beach, no stop signs or road signs! Why would I put us in harm’s way? This guy was NOT operating in good faith! He would have been better off notifying FEMA and using his place for essential workers helping put the community back together! I’m fighting to get my money back as what I paid for was decimated and dangerous to navigate!

Filthy property, pool not working, homeowner harrassing

BEWARE!!!! Property looks nice and homeowner seemed nice initially. We arrived with four teen girls and elderly grandmother. Property was very dirty and appeared to have mold growing inside. Stated two futons which was not the case. Pool was dirty and at 73 degrees. Outdoor screens ripped and hanging. Not enough towels for everone. Windows were cover with broken awnings on the side (not ones shown in front picture). Some glass in windows cracked. Barely any kitchen supplies. Also, he has numerous cameras throughout the property and this made me very uncomfortable, especially with having four teen girls with us. I've used VRBO and have always had great experiences until now. We messaged the property owner about some of the issues. He became outraged and told us to leave and said he was kicking us out. I contacted VRBO d/t and they agreed with me when I sent them pictures of the home and messages from property owner and gave me plenty of money ontop of the refund from the property owner to find a new place, which we did and were very happy. The property owner continued to message me throughout the night until I brought up the message he sent previously where he offers to pay you if you give him a good review. That explains his good reviews. Please beware!!

This property had good bones, and looked like a circus before we bought it. We decided, well my wife decided, " wow it looks so great, honey you should do all of the work." So, she involuntarily had me do some manual labor. This property has alot of memories of the countless hours of my wife saying, well, put that over there... no how about over here... actually babe, put it back where we had it first. lol, we both wanted a place we would be proud of promoting on our social media pages. When I lived up north, you know in the freezing weather of NC I always wanted my own beach this is why we put one in the home. we hope you enjoy it
