We had a lovely stay! The neighborhood was quiet and within 15-20 min walks to Metro stations and playgrounds.Everything was clean and the kitchen stocked with plenty of cookware.The only downside was the noise if anyone upstairs is walking around.

This property is so clean, spacious and in an amazing neighborhood. The check-in was easy and just as explained; the kitchen had all amenities and the host was so kind and responded quickly to all inquiries! Will definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

We've stayed in many VRBOs over the years, and this was one of the best. The hosts are super communicative and very easy to work with. The place is very spacious for a Washington visit, super clean. We watched 4th of July fireworks from the roof! Parking is on the street, but we never had trouble finding a spot. Would definitely stay here again.

Mark's place was clean, well stocked with towels and linens and a cool, refreshing place to rest out of the heat and humidity of DC. We recommend anyone traveling with kids or who are not used to long walks from Metro stations, to grab the bus stop on Georgia Ave. It is super close to Mark's place, and then you can take it to the Shaw/Howard Metro stop to easily navigate around DC. Mark was a very responsive host.

Perfect location near Washington Hospital Center

Short walk to Washington Hospital Center, very clean, very comfortable, modern, everything we needed for a 4-day stay. Be aware that heat is controlled through an app (bring your Google password) which we were unable to make work, but host responded quickly when we asked to adjust. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place!

My family and I stayed at this apartment as party of celebrating our 2 boys graduating from college, and we had a wonderful time. Clean and nice place, well stocked, and also a half a block from a wonderful corner market. Mark was also responsive in communications.

Washington DC Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Marks place here in Washington DC. Mark was very communicative and check in check out were very easy. The place was clean and comfortable with great beds, bedding , towels, and kitchen necessities. The place is 5 blocks from Metro which was totally fine for us late 50's people to walk daily. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Thanks Mark for your hospitality.

Washington Gem!

We vacationed in DC and wanted a place to just park and use public transportation to all that DC has to offer. This place was perfect! Easy access to the Columbia Heights station. The space had a great layout, was clean and had everything we needed. Mark was a wonderful host and so responsive if we had any questions. I would definitely stay here again!
