ROSE Holidays offers you this superb apartment on the 5th floor of a residence with a lift, with an unobstructed view of the bay of Sables d'Olonne!

Located on the embankment, highly sought after by holidaymakers and in the front row facing the ocean, this apartment offers all the necessary comfort just a stone's throw from the large beach and shops in the city centre of Les Sables d'Olonne.
Apartment comprising a large living room-lounge open to the sea-facing balcony, equipped with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table as well as a dining table, six chairs and a TV.
The south-facing balcony with a table, chairs and sunbeds will allow you to relax after a beach day or spend a friendly moment with family or friends!
An independent and functional fully equipped kitchen; induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster Senseo coffee maker.
Independent toilet.
Then, a bathroom with its shower and its vanity unit with storage.
On the night side, you will have a first double room with a 140 cm bed, with numerous storage spaces: with a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
In the second bedroom, three 90 cm beds, perfect for children, equipped with a wardrobe and bedside tables.
For greater convenience, you will have a parking space in a private garage in the basement of the residence.
