Welcome to our apartment at the Cap Océan residence in Arzon with a breathtaking view of the port and quiet.

Our 28m² 2-room apartment can accommodate 4/5 people and has a parking space

🏡It includes:
- 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, 2 people downstairs and 1 person upstairs
- 1 bed in the living room thanks to a comfortable 140 cm BZ sofa bed (mattress provided for the daily bed)
- 1 kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, etc.
- 1 Bathroom with hairdryer
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 dedicated space on a private and secure car park
- private terrace on the ground floor facing the port.

🚩The residence is located on the port of Crouesty, calm and view is guaranteed. It has a swimming pool and paddling pool (open from mid-June to mid-September), table tennis, children's games, bicycle shed.
🏖 The large beach of Fogeo is 300 metres away on foot accessible by a path crossing a large park with: Sailing club, boat rental, paddle, equestrian centre, minigolf, diving club, Mickey Mouse Club, games, walks or bike rides, picnic table.
- Many shops and restaurants 200 metres away on the port.
- Market on the port on Mondays in summer and on Tuesday mornings in the town centre of Arzon
- Thalassotherapy centre 100 metres away.
- Casino
- Port-Navalo pier to the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan as well as to Belle île, Houat and Hoédic 2 kms away.
- Numerous activities.
