Nestled in the quiet Glenwood Springs subdivision, the Nautical Nest is secluded yet easily accessible to the Western shore of Geneva Lake. A wonderful screened porch, deck area, and a gas-fed fire pit in the yard provide awesome spaces for outdoor entertainment. The appeal doesn't end when the temperature drops, though- this wooded neighborhood is the perfect place to enjoy the vibrant Geneva Lake color changes in the fall and transforms to a winter wonderland once the snow flies. Featuring two bedrooms and one full bathroom, this modern escape can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. A fully stocked kitchen and in-unit laundry provide some of the creature comforts of home, making the Nautical Nest the perfect place for a long-term Geneva Lake getaway.

Fontana visit

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood with Lake access. Nice screened in porch in back of the house. Very close to all that Fontana has to offer and near Lake Geneva as well.
