This home offers a modern kitchen and huge island with seating for 4 and all the kitchen essentials such as a microwave, blender, and coffee maker. Next to the kitchen is a dining area with a table and seating to fit your whole group.

The Primary bedroom, on the first floor, boasts a new king bed (for 2025 season) and private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom comes with a queen bed, also new to the 2025 season. All bedrooms have tv's.

The loft offers a large lounging area with a sectional sofa, a 55" TV, and game table with seating.

This property also offers beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cart, outdoor games, and coolers for guests to borrow during their stay.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Renters may also choose to enjoy the many amenities offered in Ocean View Beach Club. There is a large community pool, billiards, sauna, clubhouse, and beach shuttle.
Amenity passes will be $35 per person for the 2024 summer season starting Memorial Day (subject to change by the Community and not all amenities may be available per Community's discretion)
