Die Wohnung gefiel uns sehr gut. Einziges Manko ist die Nähe zur B76 und der extrem kleine Parkplatz

Die Lübecker Bucht war wunderschön. Timmendorf ist eine so nette Ortschaft. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei Baltic Appartments hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und war sehr gut eingerichtet.

Parkplatz Tiefgarage

Für SUV sehr eng. Problematisch ist auch, dass das Auto von nistenden Schwalben in der Tiefgarage komplett vollgekackt wird. Das ist eine Zumutung!

Lieber Dirk, wir haben die Hausverwaltung der Wohnanlage über Ihren Unmut unterrichtet und folgende Mitteilung erhalten: Schwalben sind nach § 44 Bundesnaturschutzgesetz geschützt! Das Zerstören von Schwalbennestern stellt deshalb eine Straftat dar – während, aber auch außerhalb der Brutzeit. Die Hausverwaltung kann und darf daher die Nester nicht entfernen. Wir würden uns dennoch freuen, Sie erneut bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen und beraten Sie vorab gern über Stellplätze auf denen SUV's Platz finden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung ! Würden sie auch jederzeit wieder buchen ! Als kleinen Tip : Besteck war ein bischen wenig vorhanden , dafür das eine Spülmaschine eingebaut ist.Aber sonst alles👍

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung Dünenmeer ist perfekt für zwei Personen. An Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Lage gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Die fleckigen Kissen wurden auf meine Rückmeldung hin innerhalb kürzester Zeit gegen saubere Kissen ausgetauscht. Guter Service von baltic Appartement. Einziges kleines Problem ist die Tiefgarage. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Stellplatz liegt so ungünstig, dass man dort nur mit einem Smart parken kann. Wir haben den Platz dann nur für die gemieteten Fahrräder benutzt.
