About this property

Clean, Cozy Spacious lower level

This space is a 2200sq.ft. basement. Remodeled and kitchen/laundry added 2023. It’s huge! 3 Queen beds available- you can expand your guest list to 6 depending on how you manage beds. Child friendly but NOT child proof! Business friendly- lots of work spaces! NO PARTIES! High speed Wi-Fi. 52” Cable TV & Blu-ray surround sound. Large entertainment sofas & chairs, bean bags, ping pong table, puzzle table & dart board. Brand new FULL KITCHEN/LAUNDRY. Quite safe neighborhood. Parking on street or in drive way in front of the rusted steel gates. You will have your own code to come and go as you please.

There are 2 private bedrooms: 1 room has a queen bed, the 2nd room has 2 queen beds. Keep in mind the entire lower level will NOT be shared with us or anyone else but will be your own private space.

Child friendly but NOT child proof! Supervision required. There are toys and games and puzzles for your use.

We live in a nice safe neighborhood. Parking on street.

For liability reasons the weights/ exercise equipment/ sauna are not for guest use.
Guest access

You will have access with the door lock code I will send you to the Nest smart lock on the basement door. It will be active during your stay so you can come and go as you please. Press the check mark to lock door when you leave and the door will lock. Touch Yale symbol on the lock to light up the check mark.
