Apartment Prantschur - Quiet and dreamlike family vacation with "DOLOMITEN" view

Our apartment is furnished in a rustic and rural style and fully equipped. We only considered natural building materials during construction. The wooden ceilings and floors are a feature of many. We heat the apartment with wall heating and the bathroom with underfloor heating. Our quiet location, a little out of the way from the center, offers you a vacation you can tell that the bird hissing woke you up in the morning. We do not allow pets. There are enough loungers available in the courtyard, which is good for the soul.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

A very nice place to stay

A very nice, spacious, family friendly and quiet place to stay. Also, the host is very friendly and service minded. Definitely a place I would recommend if you do not have mind staying outside the town of Ortisei.

The check in and out were easy. The village of St Peter is 1/4 mile away with a grocery and awesome German/italian restraint. Ingrid, the host, helped us with a great ski rental recommendation. The location is scenic and quiet

Wonderful!

Everything about this place is fabulous. The accommodation was very comfortable and the whole property is magical! Ingrid is lovely and very helpful. The view is spectacular! Would highly recommend this property for a visit to the Dolomites:)

Very nice accommodation, well-suited for skiing in Val Gardena area

Nice, spacious apartment. Well located for skiing in the Val Gardena area. Friendly owners, large garage under the apartment with sufficient storage for skies and shoe dryers. Only drawback is the lack of WiFi, but that's something they're planning to add in the summer.

Majestic

Of all the places we have rented in over 8 years, this is by far the cleanest apartment. The host is friendly, kind and extremely helpful. The views are absolutely out of this world. I highly recommend this place. You will not regret.

Great winter vacation in the Dolomites

The apartment is modern and very comfortable and is as described. Cooking facilities were very good, and the view from the yard is spectacular. There were good options for hiking out the front door or you can drive 30 to 45 minutes for great downhill or cross country skiing, sleighing, hiking or shopping. The hostess Ingrid was quick to assist us if needed. We would love to visit in the summer!

A one-of-a-kind experience in the mountains

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Prantschur apartments. The space is large, comfortable and has all the amenities you need while remaining some of that rustic, 12th century feel. The view of Sassolungo and the surrounding valley from the yard is particularly breathtaking. Ingrid is also kind, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful when it comes to navigating the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

Ingrid e la sua famiglia ci hanno ospitato in un luogo incantevole dove l’amore per i propri posti e la propria casa si vede in ogni cosa. L’appartamento era pulitissimo e fornito di ogni cosa . Gli host sono delle persone fantastiche , non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla e il paesaggio è straordinario. Tutti i centri sono facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti e la vista è stupenda. Regna il silenzio e la bellezza . Davvero una delle ns migliori vacanze. Grazie, e’ stato tutto perfetto ci rivedremo sicuramente.

Fijn verblijf op prachtige plek

Ingrid en Alex zijn supervriendelijke en gastvrije mensen die het leuk vinden om tips te geven om te wandelen en eten. Rustige omgeving, appartement erg goed uitgerust. We hebben genoten!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad met ons gezin

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Alex en Ingrid. Het appartement was prettig ingericht en voorziet in alles wat je nodig hebt. De garage was een plus. Ik kon er de elektrische auto opladen. Alex en Ingrid zijn zeer attent en aardig. Dank jullie wel!

Wunderbar zum Entspannen

Wir haben im Appartement auf dem Prantschur einen herrlich entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Am Abend sind wir gerne zusammen im Garten gesessen und haben gemeinsam mit der Familie Kerschbaumer den Ausblick genossen.

Luogo stupendo, ospitalità perfetta, host cordiale e puntualissima

La proprietà è un maso completamente ristrutturato, già di per se trasmette una sensazione di benessere e tranquillità, l'appartamento è grande e dotato di tutto, ci si trova come a casa propria in pochi minuti. Gli spazi sono perfetti per 4 persone, noi siamo stati a ridosso di capodanno. in 10/15 minuti si arriva in centro a Ortisei, in mezz'ora si è a Bolzano. Che dire oltre...ci siamo trovati benissimo, probabilmente ci torneremo. Un ringraziamento alla signora Ingrid Kerschbaumer. Luca

Familiäre Unterkunft in toller Umgebung mit vielfältigen Unternehmungen

Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet, mit allem was man benötigt, sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und in einer wunderbaren Umgebung mit Blick auf unzählige Gipfel der Dolomiten, wie z.B der Langkofelgruppe. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich, stets zuvorkommend und wohnen nebenan. Jegliche Fragen wurden beantwortet und hilfreiche Tipps und Hinweise zum Wandern und Klettern wurden uns gegeben bzw. vermittelt.Wir haben den täglichen Brötchenservice sehr genossen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern, Genießen und Aktivurlaub ein. Es ist eine sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung, in der wir jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen würden.

Very friendly hostess, clean apartments, beautiful location

We had a wonderfull stay at the apartment, which is located on a beautiful spot up on the hill, above the small town of San Pietro (which has a restaurant and a small shop). The hostess Ingrid was very friendly, making us feel very welcomed. For a skiing holiday the location was good, appr. 10-15 min drive from Ortisei and 20 min drive from Santa Cristina. We enjoyed our stay and would defenitely recommend the apartment.

La magia della montagna

Arrivati lungo una stradina di montagna asfaltata, ci si è aperto uno scenario stupendo di boschi e prati verdi e curati. In lontananza il gruppo del Sella svettava contro un cielo blu! Ma la magia...il maso di Ingrid e Alex con le loro piccole Isabel e Klara! Stupendamente ristrutturato, pulitissimo e di gran gusto, con tutte le comodità ma senza eccessi, in linea con ciò che la montagna deve offrire. Legno, fiori, profumi, silenzio e serenita’ ovunque.

Toller Familien-Urlaub in den Bergen

Für unseren diesjährigen Sommerurlaub hatten wir uns die Südtiroler Berge ausgesucht und hätten es vielleicht besser nicht treffen können. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Kinder hatten im Außengelände immer etwas zu entdecken und als Eltern mussten wir uns wegen möglicher Gefahren keinerlei Gedanken machen. Unserem Wunsch nach Belegung der Wohnung für eine Woche mit zusätzlichen Personen ist die Vermieterin unkompliziert nachgekommen. Die Versorgung mit Frühstücksbrötchen und frischer Milch war für uns prima. Im fußläufig erreichbaren Dorflädchen konnten wir uns immer auch kurzfristig mit dem Notwendigen eindecken. Die Umgebung bietet vielfältige Entdeckungs- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten für alle Altersgruppen und Anforderungsprofile. In den zwei Wochen konnten wir nur uns nur einen kleinen Überblick über die grandiose Landschaft im Grödental und die Lebensweise in Südtirol verschaffen. Die Tipps der Vermieterin für Ausflüge waren für uns hilfreich und passend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen - jederzeit gerne wieder. Danke liebe Familie Kerschbaumer

Einfach Perfekt! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ingrid und Alex sind sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und schaffen eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Semmeln zum Frühstück, eine Waschmaschine zur Nutzung und ausführliche Tourenberatung sind nur einige erwähnenswerte Beispiele. Danke für die tolle Woche, gerne wieder. :-)
