This property is directly on the Indian River, providing access to activities such as Kayaking, fishing, boating, swimming, or simply relaxing and watching the local wildlife such as dolphins, ospreys, eagles, pelicans, etc.
Centrally located in Grant-Valkaria, you are only 10 minutes away from the heart of Sebastian, FL, offering great restaurants, fishing, and festivals during the peak seasons. We are also walking distance from some of the hot local spots such as Rib City at Grant Station, some of the best BBQ in Grant. Need to grab some bait for a day of fishing? The local tackle shop is less than a 5 minute drive! Need to launch your boat? The boat ramp is even closer!

We purchased this property with the intention of truly enjoying the coastal scene in Florida and being able to do the things we love like fishing and boating. We take great pride in our property in ensuring everything is clean and well kept. If you ever see us around the property, please feel free to say hello!
