This cozy cottage has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom. Sleeps up to 4 guests The 2 first floor bedrooms each have a queen bed & the upstairs loft has two single beds. Convenient location near town & just minutes to the #1 crappie lake in the nation. There are two outdoor patios with tables to enjoy, one off the kitchen and one with a grill & chiminea. The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware and utensils. There’s a fish cleaning station outside. The living room has Satellite TV with lots of channels. And yes, there is a Washer & Dryer. The cottage is in a wooded setting which gives a nice feeling of privacy, while still being close to everything. There’s a circle drive with two gated entrances. Plug-ins for your boats. Room for two boats- parking in the grass is fine (Bring long extension cord)

A nice property just 1.5 miles from Grenada Landing and boat docks. The host responded quickly to all of my questions. The home furnishings were excellent and it has a large kitchen with all you need to prepare meals. The fish cleaning station is equipped with running water a great add for fishermen. I highly recommend this property and will return to it again.

Long weekend fishing trip

It's a nice place that's close to the boat landing and Lakeside Steak and Seafood, the best place to eat in town. I'd stay there again.

This home is fantastic, but the location is what really makes this a great place to stay for those in Grenada to fish. It is just a couple minutes from Grenada Landing.

The property was amazing and the host messaged you everything you needed to checkin to the house. Inside the home was clean and the host had coffee and spices in the house. We didnt have to buy to much to cook. The only thing i would suggest is to leave a key for the frint gate so the guests can lock it ip if leaving the boats there while see the towns around.

Wonderful place

Great place to stay and very close to the lake. They had everything you need for a week long get away. Minutes to lake, town, but yet seemed like you where out in woods. Would definitely recommend it to fishermen or people wanting to explore what Grenada has to offer!!

Great fishing cabin!

Brought my sons down to Mississippi to fish the Grenada lake. The cabin was really close, had everything we needed and very clean. We really enjoyed our time here!

Lovely Cottage

The hosts have renovated this cottage, and it was very nice, clean, bright and well stocked! Location was convenient to town and the lake. Check-in was easy. The only thing I'd mention -- if you're planning on using it -- is the loft bedroom has a low ceiling. Won't be an issue with children or younger teens but putting adults up there could be cramped. Regardless, we had a great time and will stay there again next time we all come to Grenada to see family!
