Quiet 2 bedroom, 1 bath home nestled in a cul-de-sac in a very peaceful neighborhood off the golf course in the heart of wine country located only a couple miles away from Paso's many landmarks and attractions including day/night life, fine dining, wineries, entertainment, concerts, shopping, and much more (For examples please don't hesitate to ask). Perfect for evening or morning walks around the many beautiful trails and the occasional sightings of deer and other wildlife that frequent the area. Our property features a front yard surrounded by picturesque trees, charming rooms each with their own ceiling fan, a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining room with ample seating space, a laundry room with energy efficient washer/dryers, a full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a backyard with a traeger smoker and patio set, and a comfy living room highlighted by an 82" flatscreen mounted over the fireplace.
