Quick trip in Lyon

I had a great time in Lyon and staying at this appartment was a good idea. Well situated for my trip around the town using the TLC

Défaut de fonctionnement chauffage, aucune solution proposée... entre 13 et 16° dans ce logement...

Le chauffage fonctionne parfaitement : il est simplement limité à 24°C pour éviter les abus, ce qui est déjà une température largement suffisante et confortable. Il ne s’agit donc en aucun cas d’un “défaut de fonctionnement”. Nous pensons que vous faites plutôt référence au chauffe-serviettes de la salle de bain, qui lui aussi fonctionne très bien : il suffisait de l’allumer via son interrupteur comme indiqué. Aucune température de 13 à 16°C n’a jamais été constatée dans ce logement, et aucun autre voyageur n’a signalé un tel problème. Il est donc regrettable d’affirmer quelque chose de faux. Nous restons néanmoins disponibles pour toute remarque constructive.

Logement bien placé pour visiter Lyon avec tous les commerces alentours. Situé non loin de la gare La part dieu. Globalement satisfait.
