The unit was clean, well equipped, WiFi and movie channels were included, and the unit is very close to a private gate entrance to the beach. We were very happy with this unit.

Good Price

Walking distance to the beach and the private access was pleasant! Property manager got a hold of me within a timely manner to accommodate and book an extra night. Already planning on booking here for the next visit.

Conveniently located and very clean! We enjoyed our stay very much. Did I mention very clean inside? No carpet is a plus and keeps everything neat. There is a full size washer and dryer which is great for big beach towels. Kitchen had everything we needed, and then some, to cook on site. The property surrounding has really beautiful landscaping. Beach is a very short walk and was never overcrowded even on the 4th of July. There are restaurants and a coffee shop within very close walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

Family Vacation

Location was perfect, we felt safe, & left out our beach items at night to dry with no issues! Washer & dryer SUPER plus being by the beach. The pool was great & heated. Cleanliness, we had a few things that needed to be redone but they took care of it pretty quick. The staff we encountered were all great as well. Would recommend them adding a few more places inside/ outside to hang wet clothes & towels. We will definitely be back!

Perfect

Everything was perfect! The area and unit exceeded our expectations. Check-in was easy! Instructions were provided days before our trip. The unit was clean, comfortable beds and there was plenty of room for our family of five. There are essentials provided in the kitchen and bathrooms. You may want to bring extra paper towels or tissue if staying for a week. The unit is located right across from the pool, and the beach is a short walk across the street. It was beautiful and never crowded. Checkout was easy and communication with Richard was great.

Away with friends

We all had a wonderful stay at Chateau La Mer II. Our house was lovely, and conveniently located on the ground floor!!! It was clean, AC was on and cool. Beds were comfy. The pool was great! Even though there is a washer/dryer, some extra towels all around wood be a plus. Myself and my friends are used to rinsing out a cup or quick washing a fork, etc. So a drainboard in the kitchen would be a plus. But with those minor things out, my friends and I enjoyed our stay very much! We will be back!!
