La casa está bien ubicada para visitar la ria de Etel, Quiberon y golfo Morbihan... La casa es espaciosa, acogedora, renovada y estaba limpia. La cocina nueva es un plus.El intermarche a 3min es comodo.
Maison calme, havre de paix, sérénité : quelques termes de l annonce entre autres.J envoie un message avant de réserver demandant confirmation du calme car c est mon principal critère de choix, on me répond que je ne peux pas trouver mieux.Au final: une maison en construction en face, une autre à côté. 15 jours de bruits de scie, de bétonnière, de marteau, de propulseur de crépis. Les travaux avaient commencé bien avant ma prise de renseignements.Pour arranger le tout, derrière la terrasse,une chambre d hôtes qui fait table d hôtes tous les soirs sur la terrasse (10 personnes à chaque fois) donc pas de bruit bien sûr. Enfin, traffic de voitures incroyable pour un hameau.(waze?)La pelouse était déjà couverte de pissenlits de 20 cm à notre arrivée et le jardinier n est venu que le matin de notre depart. Les pissenlits m arrivaient à mi cuisse et je ne suis pas petite, un vrai terrain vague.Plus un container à poubelles plein à notre arrivée avec un passage des éboueurs une semaine après, bonjour les odeurs et les mouches... On m a promis en cours de sejour que j aurais un dédommagement car on comprenait mon mécontentement....on m a proposé une bouteille de cidre au moment du depart ( soit environ 0.3% du prix de location). Je n ai eu affaire qu à une conciergerie peu concernée, jamais un mot des propriétaires.Je loue des maisons depuis 30 ans, c est certainement la pire des locations.Dommage que je ne puisse pas intégrer les vidéos des travaux, j en ai beaucoup.

Bonjour Madame,
Je suis sincèrement surpris par votre commentaire, qui ne reflète absolument pas l’état ni l’environnement réel du logement.
La maison est située dans un petit hameau calme et paisible, sans travaux engagés ni sur la propriété ni sur une maison voisine directe. Si des travaux ont eu lieu ponctuellement dans le voisinage, cela ne relève malheureusement pas de notre maîtrise. Nous n'avons d'ailleurs jamais eu ce type de retour auparavant.
Concernant l'entretien du jardin, un robot tondeuse est en fonctionnement régulier pour maintenir la pelouse propre, et un jardinier passe en renfort lorsque nécessaire. Si la tonte n’était pas parfaitement faite à votre arrivée, je le regrette, mais cela ne reflète pas l’entretien habituel du lieu.
Pour la gestion des déchets, un passage était prévu comme chaque semaine, et je suis navré si un débordement a été constaté à votre arrivée – ce point a bien été remonté.
Enfin, nous avons tenté de faire un geste commercial en fin de séjour, qui visait à exprimer notre attention dans un contexte que nous pensions avoir apaisé.
Nous restons néanmoins surpris de la disproportion entre les faits constatés sur place et la sévérité de votre retour, d’autant plus que les retours précédents sur ce logement sont excellents.
Quoi qu’il en soit, nous prenons note de vos remarques et continuerons à améliorer ce qui peut l’être.
