Roomy and quiet

There was so much room for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to bakeries and restaurants. Lovely overnight stay!

Ferienhaus in Gewerbegebiet

Wir haben uns erholt. Allerdings konnte man den Hund nicht frei laufen lassen, sondern musste ihn an der Leine lassen, da nebenan mehrere Katzen ihr Zuhause nannten. Im Ferienhaus fehlten Schränke. Man lebte aus dem Koffer.

Ferienhaus mit Potential

Unterkunft für bis zu 6 Personen, wobei dann die Ausstattung knapp werden dürfte. Es gibt ein schmales Doppelbett und 4 Einzelbetten im Haus verteilt. Die Fußbodenheizung wurde durch Klimanalge/ Lüftung ersetzt. Die vielen Servicepauschalen sind etwas undurchsichtig. Im großzügigen Badezimmer blieb es kühl. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung. Alles war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die ruhige Lage war sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief sehr unkompliziert. Immer wieder gerne!

Luxeriös ist nur der Preis.

Finger weg. Backofen war total verdreckt und hat richtiggehend gestunken. Dusche schmutzig, Gummis schwarz. Grill total verdreckt. Außenanlage insgesamt ungepflegt und in der ganzen FeWo schwarze Schmutzfangteppiche. Hab ich so noch nie gesehen. Hätten wir nicht im voraus gezahlt, wären wir nach einem Tag wieder ausgezogen.Fotos können bei uns angefordert werden. Habe alles dokumentiert. Und eine nette (!) Email vom Vermieter haben wir auf dem Heimweg auch noch erhalten.

Badewanne sollte nicht benutzt werden laut Aushang, da sonst die komplette Anlage 3 Stunden kein warmes Wasser hat.

Preis-Leistung ist OK

Schöne Unterkunft, hier und da ein paar Spinnenweben, aber wer hat die nicht bei dem Wetter. Lage ist OK. Man hat es nicht weit zum Einkaufsladen und es gibt jede Menge Restaurants im Umkreis von 5 Km. Nach Hannover ist man auch innerhalb von 20 Minuten gefahren.

Also muss ehrlich sagen, dass es zu teuer ist und sieht nicht aus wie auf den Bilder. Die Begrüßung: hier haben sie den Schlüssel, da ist das Gäste Klo, da die Küche und oben wird geschlafen, tschüss. Nicht mal vorgestellt oder gefragt, ob wir auch diejenigen sind, die gebucht haben. Vor und hinter dem Haus wird sich schon lange nicht mehr gekümmert... Niemals weiße Socken anziehen - Nach ca. 2 mins sind die dunkel, was mit einem Krabbelbaby etwas eklig ist. Im Garten laufen Hühner herum wo man nicht informiert wird. Lieblos eingerichtet : kein richtiges Wohnzimmer, keine Bilder oder Uhr an den Wänden, teilweise keinen Bezug auf den Betten,..

A very pleasant short stay

....and what a pleasant change from the majority of german properties previously visited - no tiresome bossy german "rules , regulations and extortionate deposits" imposed on visitors! Well done the owner for not treating your visitors like naughty children, but as responsible adults! The accomodation is the unique, offering a very pleasant stay and with all the accessories you could possibly ask for. More than adequate supplies of cutlery, tableware ,glassware and cooking utensils AND a dishwasher. There is a nice garden and terrace with dining table , chairs and a barbecue and very easy access to the celebrated gardens in Hannover. Hightly recommended!
